I remember playing The Sims as a kid and wondering why my Sim's happiness bar would plummet into the red whenever there was a mess that hadn't been cleaned up. As an adult, I finally understand it. A messy home can weigh on your mind, but not everyone has the time, energy, or capacity to keep up with it. When the mess piles up, the stress piles up. 

When I say, "Making Sonoma County Sparkle, One Home at a Time," I truly mean it. I love walking out of a client's home after a cleaning, then walking back in and seeing how much brighter, fresher, and lighter the space feels.

I originally started Powers Cleaning as a "side hustle" after graduating from Santa Rosa Junior College. What began with helping one elderly couple has blossomed into a full-time business serving families, individuals, and businesses throughout Sonoma County.

Along the way, I've put my heart into learning everything I can about my craft-from finding the best cleaning techniques and discovering the most effective products to watching endless Instagram Reels from other cleaners and even making my own cleaning solutions. I'm always looking for ways to learn, improve, and find the best way to care for every space I step into.

To me, the best part of a clean home isn't just the sanitary or practical benefits, it's the mental clarity that comes with it. When your space feels calm and cared for, your mind has more room to relax, recharge, and breathe.

Powers Cleaning is built on more than just a love of a sparkling home. I bring the knowledge I gained working with a woman-owned cleaning business in Portland, the experience I developed working one-on-one with clients in their most personal spaces as a professional organizer's assistant, and the genuine joy I find in caring for animals and the homes they share with us.
